Arpenter were involved in the project from the early stages right through until handover, managing the schools Legacy furniture and equipment from the old building into the state of the art new building.

Undertaking the following services;

  1. Detailed FF&E Legacy surveys
  2. Revit design integration
  3. Validation survey prior to the move
  4. Labelling of the Legacy FF&E decanting into the new building

Working closely with the contractor, Bowmer & Kirkland, we facilitated a smooth transfer of the schools existing furniture and equipment in the correct locations in the new building. Alleviating the school the mammoth task of managing this aspect of the project.

From repurposing nearly 3000 items we prevented helped prevent the unnecessary manufacture of new and therefore preventing 93,392kg of Co2 being emitted into the atmosphere. This is equivalent to a car driving over 37,000 miles.
