Manchester-based recruitment consultancy, Oliver James Associates, wanted a new look for the sales and operations floors of their new offices in the city centre.
We conducted a comprehensive FF&E legacy survey on their existing offices. Collating and analysing the data collected, we helped them repurpose over 70 desk positions, saving them over £28K on the move, as well as shaving 8,672kg off of their carbon footprint.
The International School of Kuala Lumpur have two campuses. Our team travelled to the school to conduct a comprehensive FF&E Legacy survey across both.
From the data we gathered, and the resulting audit, the school was able to repurpose 60% of their current FF&E into their new 26-acre campus. This reduced their originally expected FF&E expenditure by £2.8 million – a huge cost saving!
What is FF&E in hotels & hospitality?
